Hi Rudy,
             there are a couple of options, anyone can join the club for the year for €15 (€5 for juniors) or Members of other
Clubs can take a 1 day membership for €2. I think that for the sake of a few quid the Yearly membership is the better option.
So, in answer to your question along with a "Competition Licence" a wad of cash will do fine. Grin
